Business contact details you submit (name, business, phone, email); information generated when the Service handles calls/texts for your business, including end-customer phone numbers, message content, and appointment details.
How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, book appointments, send messages on your behalf, support you, and improve the Service.
Messaging
The Service sends SMS on your behalf. We include opt-out (STOP) in messages and honor opt-outs. We do not sell personal information. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
With service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, hosting, telephony/SMS carriers) under confidentiality obligations; or when required by law.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
